What means this? Do I roll the bottom of my trousers or do I wait?

Darling, my mother is younger than me. She is naughty, she is funny, she buys silly things, she does silly things with her friends, she grew up in England where age has no boundaries or meaning.
What does this mean? It means the same whatever age you want to be, without someone telling you what age you ought to be. Body permitting, you can do and like the same things as long as you want. [except bungee jumping and rollerblading and sleeping in the dark and sucking titties for milk and drinking the 5 whites cocktail...
